If any discrepancy is found, we contact the brand and correct it before publication.
While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. The appearance of a product on the Site does not guarantee its availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Promotion Logic
All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Our pricing reflects a low-overhead online retail model, direct wholesale purchasing from brands or their authorized distributors, consolidated warehousing and shipping, and a lean team with specialized buyers.
We do not artificially inflate prices. Promotions and discounts are funded by accepting a lower margin on those items, not by raising regular prices. We never run a discount off an artificially inflated baseline price. We do not buy from liquidators, auctions, or unauthorized sellers.
We inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and check packaging and batch/date codes. Units that show any sign of damage, contamination, or tampering are quarantined and never sold. If You Suspect a Product Is Not Genuine

If you can demonstrate that a product we shipped is not genuine, we will refund the full purchase amount and reimburse return shipping. You may choose either a replacement genuine unit or a full refund. We also cover the cost of returning the suspected counterfeit. If we cannot verify the item's authenticity within five business days, we will default to your requested remedy (replacement or refund) while we continue the investigation.
