About VantaClean

VantaClean is an independent specialty retailer for professional-grade cleaning tools and surface care. We launched in 2015 as a local supplier to commercial cleaning teams and have grown into an online store dedicated to helping homeowners and professionals find the right equipment for tough jobs. Our catalog focuses on brands we trust—Microfiber Wholesale, Ettore, Stoner, and Libman—with over 700 products carefully selected for real-world performance.

We're not a marketplace or a reseller of random goods. We're a focused team of cleaning specialists who test, compare, and stock products that hold up under repeated use. Our goal is simple: make professional cleaning accessible to everyone, with clear product details and support that actually helps.

Who Operates VantaClean?

VantaClean is operated by Vanta Operations LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Our business address is 4789 Oakridge Avenue, Unit 12, Denver, CO 80202. Vanta Operations LLC manages the day-to-day activities of the VantaClean storefront, including:

  • Managing the online storefront and product catalog
  • Processing payments and overseeing financial records
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy
  • Coordinating customer service and specialist departments

This structure keeps us accountable. When you contact us, you're communicating directly with the people who run the store, not a faceless third party.

Our journey began in the commercial janitorial supply business. We supplied professional cleaning crews with mops, squeegees, and surface care products and saw firsthand which tools lasted and which failed. That experience shaped our approach: we only sell what we'd use ourselves.

Our Expertise and Product Selection

Our buyers have hands-on experience in janitorial supply and surface chemistry. We test products on glass, sealed stone, ceramic, and high-traffic commercial surfaces, and we track how each product behaves under repeated use. This isn't a desk job—we get our hands dirty to understand what works.

Every product we consider must pass a 14-point checklist covering durability, ergonomics, safety, chemical compatibility, and ease of cleaning. If a mop head doesn't stay attached, if a sprayer clogs, or if a brush scratches a surface, it doesn't make the cut. Only products that pass our real-world trials are listed.

Our selection focuses on a few trusted brands because we know them inside out. We can tell you exactly how a Libman mop handles on hardwood or how an Ettore squeegee performs on a commercial window. That depth of knowledge helps us give you honest advice.

Our Value Promise

We want professional results without the professional price tag. By buying in consolidated lots and selling directly from a single warehouse, we reduce costs and pass the savings to you. This is why our everyday prices often match or beat local store sale prices.

How We Keep Prices Low

  • We operate a low-overhead online retail model with no physical showroom.
  • We buy directly from brands or their authorized distributors in wholesale cartons, which reduces per-unit cost.
  • We use consolidated freight for inbound shipments, lowering transportation costs.
  • Our lean team specializes in specific categories, so we don't waste time or money on products we don't understand.

We also automate where possible—order management, label printing, inventory updates, and customer notifications are all streamlined. Simple, protective packaging reduces waste and weight. All of these efficiencies mean we can offer competitive prices without cutting corners on quality.

And when you see a promotion like our 15% off with code CLEAN15, it's funded by accepting a lower margin on those items, not by raising the regular price first. We never inflate the baseline price to make a discount look bigger.

Prices can vary by brand because suppliers set different price floors, and some products have certifications (like food-contact safety) that add cost. Wholesale prices also change with seasons, so you might see a price go up or down—that's a reflection of our real costs, not a marketing tactic.

Our Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We take counterfeits seriously. Every product we sell under our listed brands is 100% genuine and sourced through the brand's authorized supply chain. We never substitute generic or refurbished items when you order a branded product.

How We Review Listings

Every product listing is manually reviewed by our merchandising team. We compare the title, specs, and images against the manufacturer's technical datasheet. If there's any discrepancy, we contact the brand and correct it before publication. This ensures you get accurate information before you buy.

Incoming Quality Inspections

We inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and check packaging and batch/date codes. Units that show any sign of damage, contamination, or tampering are quarantined and never sold. We source exclusively from authorized wholesale channels—no liquidators, auctions, or unauthorized sellers.

What to Do If You Suspect an Issue

We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt. Verify that the seal is intact, the packaging matches the listing photos, and the batch code (if printed) is legible. If anything looks unusual, contact our quality department with photographs and the batch code.

If you believe a product is not genuine, contact us with your order number or invoice, product name and SKU, batch/LOT code, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of why you think it's inconsistent. Our quality team will acknowledge your claim within one business day and give you a timeline for review. We inspect the photos and may request the item be sent to our warehouse for examination. We verify the batch code with the brand's records and give you a final answer within five business days, or escalate to the brand if more time is needed.

If you can demonstrate that a product we shipped is not genuine, we'll refund the full purchase amount and reimburse return shipping. You can choose a replacement genuine unit or a full refund. If we cannot verify the item's authenticity within five business days, we'll default to your requested remedy while we continue the investigation. Our goal is to make you whole as quickly as possible.

Shipping, Returns, and Support

We offer free shipping on orders over $45, and standard shipping is $8.00 for orders below that. All orders are processed from our warehouse in Denver. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from delivery. Our return process is straightforward: just contact us at support@vantaclean.shop and we'll guide you through it.

Warranty coverage follows the product information and support guidance. We're here to help if you have questions about a specific tool or need advice on which product fits your needs. Email us at support@vantaclean.shop and you'll get a response from a person who knows cleaning equipment, not a bot.
